An almost fully loaded 20 E/T tilt!
20' E/T Deluxe
When are friend Robert from Osceola came down, he had done his homework. He had scoured our site and knew what he wanted. It was time to retire and travel and he wanted a pretty well equipped trailer to tow his vehicles behind his motorhome. As always, YOU can decide what works for you, but I have to pretty well agree with Robert on this.... this is a well equipped all around trailer. Read on....
What Robert started with was one of our 20' E/T tilt Speedhauler trailers. Fully powered tilting bed and all. Then he bumped it up to the 9,990lb GVWR suspension and chassis package, upgraded to LED tail lights, added on a bed front winch mount, in case he ever decided to add a winch later, had us install a new Car Guard fairing on it, added removable fenders, a full steel floor and four RECESSED D rings and a matching 225 radial spare wheel and tire on bed side mount. All in all, it pretty well covers all the bases and still comes in at a sane price.
Here is how the options added up....
20' E/T Tilt speedhauler $3295

Removable fenders $125
Bed front winch mount plate system $250
Car Guard Fairing $450 installed
Steel floor over gridded cross members ($35 per running foot of bed length) X 20' = $700
Recessed in floor D rings (steel floor only option) $35 each = $140 for 4 of them.
Spare tire mount on passengers side $85
Matching 225 radial wheel and tire as spare $120
Total as shown $5,915
It also happens to be a good looking unit from pretty well any angle!
Excuse the dust, It's Iowa in the late spring. First it rains, then it dries out and blows, all in the same day. From this angle you can see the bed slope while tilted, the locations of the D rings in the floor and the smooth steel floor on this model.
This angle really shows you what the car guard fairing will do. Whatever you put behind this will travel safer, without a doubt.
