Quickmount Winch
We get asked this all the time... "Do you have something in stock with a winch on it?"
NOW We can always say... yep!
Here is how easy it is to add on a quick mount and your choice of a blank winch plate, a 2500lb removable winch or even a spare tire mount on your M/T tilt trailer..
Step 1, pull the clip on the top retainer pin for the M/T tilt cylinder.
Hold the cylinder itself and pull out the top pin. You can save this for later use, but the new Quickmount winch unit comes with a longer retainer pin anyway.
Take your $75 quick mount and prepare to install it on the headache rack and top cylinder mount pin.
Once dropped over the headache rack, you simply line up all the holes in the winch mount, the bed cylinder mount and the top of the cylinder itself and slide in the new longer retaining pin and clip it in place.
All of our units come with this secondary lock bolt, which simply pinches the top mount to the headache rack to keep it solid and rattle free while using it. Just twist the bolt until it is firm and snug.
Then you can install one of many different top mounts we offer. Just drop them in and slide the retaining pin in with a clip and you are good to go.
This is our $75 blank top winch mount. This is a full on blank model for whatever you may want to install, be it an electric or mechanical winch you already own.
This is the $75 top mount with one of our $75 2500lb 2 speed mechanical winches with cable and hook. $150 for this entire top unit to mount in the bottom $75 mount.. $225 gets you this whole setup installed.
Many customers are having us build this $75 drop in spare tire carrier, so they can carry a spare and get it out of the way easily when it comes time to drop the winch in this mount and put it to work.
So, the entire shooting match with a matching spare wheel and tire installed. Sits rather high, but it has to in order to operate the bed lift.
It's up to you... you can pick and choose at will.
